Our Refund policy

Customer refunds for canceled item(s)
Any orders containing out of stock items will be fully refunded within 3 days of the order being placed.
Orders are refunded to account details processed on the confirmation order

Information on returns and exchanges
If your purchase does not meet your expectations, if you change your mind or if you want to exchange size, you may return unaltered and unworn product(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To create an exchange or return, please follow the steps below;
• If you want to exchange a size or product, please place a new order on our site.
• Use the pre-printed return label you received with your delivery.
• When shipping your returns back, please fill in the form on back of the shipping note and use the received return-label and drop the package off at your advised access point.

We will refund all the money that you have paid for the product(s) as soon as we received your return.
The distance agreement will automatically terminate when the right of withdrawal is used for the order the case applies.

Remember to always keep the receipt on your return when you have submitted it to your Postnord access point. If your package would for any reason be lost, you need to be able to show a receipt that the package has been submitted.

We only accept returns that is shipped with the provided return label.

Cost of return
We apply free returns when you decide to exchange product or size.
If you decide to return a product without a new order, we will deduct the cost of return shipment from your refund. The return cost is 80 SEK, 75 DKK, 10 €.
